Garden City Hospital Surgery Addition
Garden City, Michigan
The two-story Surgery Tower and lower level addition on the north side of Garden City Hospital will provide a total of 66,000 s. f. of new space. The lower level includes new central processing and material management directly below the two level surgery expansion, MEP support, and shell space for a future pharmacy.

The 18,500 s.f. first floor surgery addition will provide a new dedicated surgery entrance from the north parking lot directly into an endoscopy suite.

With 25,400 s.f., the second floor will provide
two separate and distinct surgical suites for inpatient and outpatient surgery.

The proposed addition will be served by 4 new elevators: for material management and staff, and one for patients and visitors from the lobby to the waiting area. A new penthouse with air handling and transformer equipment is proposed on the south side above the new
